Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy on all AutoSubtitles lifetime license purchases. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Refunds are only available if no Pro exports have been made. Once a video has been exported using Pro features (such as HD or animations), refunds are no longer available.

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your purchase details. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Refund requests made after 14 days are not eligible, except where required by applicable law.
