Questions

Does my video get uploaded?
No. Your video stays on your computer. Only the audio track is uploaded, so the speech can be transcribed.
Which agents does it work with?
Any agent that can run a command on your machine, including Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI. Agents that run only in the cloud cannot use it.
What do I need installed?
Node.js 20 or later, and Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Nothing else.
Can I design my own caption style?
Ask your agent for changes in the review window, or design a style from scratch in the AutoSubtitles web editor.
